CARBON MONOXIDE IS NOT A JOKE


Carbon monoxide poisoning is a serious matter and the risk of its leakage affects many houses and apartments. Therefore, constant monitoring of CO presence in the air is very important. The Lanberg SR-1005 alarm is a device that not only monitors its level, but also warns about its dangerous concentration. Good quality sensor, simple operation and elegant design, these are the main advantages of the product.


SIMPLE SERVICE


The Lanberg SR-1005 is equipped with an aesthetic and very clear interface that makes it very easy to interpret and use. The LEDs located above the display, inform about the power supply, error and start of the alarm, in case of exceeding the permissible level of carbon monoxide concentration.

LCD display informs about the current level of CO in the air (range from 25 to 550 PPM) and shows the temperature thanks to the built-in thermometer. The TEST / MENU button allows you to check the correct operation of the detector and control the main parameters of the device.


RELIABILITY


The detector is equipped with a high quality electrochemical sensor with a service life up to 7 years. The use of battery (3 batteries AA 1,5V) makes it independent from the electrical network. The low level of charge and the need of periodic replacement of the batteries is, accordingly, signalled through the device itself in advance.

The alarm informing about the exceeding of CO permissible concentration, emits a signal – 85 dB (within 3 km), as well as light – red led alarm.

The detectors operating temperature range is from -10 to + 40 degrees of Celsius.


INSTALLATION


The alarm should be always installed indoors where we want to monitor the level of carbon monoxide concentration. Never in close proximity to a sources of this gas (for example a tile oven) – as this can disrupt its operation.

It is recommended to install the sensor at the level of the head – about 70 cm above the floor in the bedrooms, and about 1.5 m in other rooms.
