Lanberg network cable tester is a multifunctional device for testing cables in telecommunications networks. The device is an indispensable tool for every installer. It helps significantly save time in verifying pairs of network cables. The device is mainly used to measure the continuity of LAN cabling and verify connections along with detecting any problems with short circuits or incorrect pair connections. With this tool you can test the connections of telephone cables terminated with RJ-11 connectors, UTP, FTP, SFTP twisted pairs terminated with RJ-45 plugs. The device consists of two parts, which should be attached to the ends of the cable under test:

- Tester equipped with diodes, RJ-45, RJ-12/RJ-11 connectors and a switch.
- Terminator (attachments) equipped with diodes, RJ-45 and RJ-12/RJ-11 connectors.
