The SC01-3001-10B model is an ultra-compact 1U RACK server case that supports Mini-ITX motherboards only. Thanks to its small dimensions, it is ideal for projects where space savings and energy efficiency are key – it is an excellent base for a file server, router, or even a Raspberry Pi cluster for testing and educational purposes. Its small size means that the SC01-3001-10B fits easily into a small 19" rack cabinet, offering professional features in a compact form.

The SC01-3001-10B model can accommodate one 2.5“ drive or one 3.5” drive, giving users flexibility in their choice of media – from fast SSDs to high-capacity hard drives. As a result, the chassis offers compact yet sufficient storage space, ideal for creating a basic NAS for a home network, backup server, or even a small multimedia library. Its small dimensions allow for easy placement of the equipment in an office, living room, or IT cabinet without taking up a lot of space. Despite its modest size, the user gains a stable and secure solution for storing the most important files and centralizing data access.

With the appropriate power supply configuration, it is possible to install an additional SSD drive.

Each Lanberg RACK 1U server case is made of 1.0 mm thick galvanized steel, which significantly exceeds the industry standard and distinguishes it from competing solutions. The greater thickness of the material translates into higher mechanical resistance – the chassis effectively protects components from deformation, accidental impacts, and micro-vibrations, which in the long term could affect the stability of the server. The robust design is also less susceptible to wear and tear during many years of operation, frequent assembly and disassembly in RACK cabinets, or transport between locations. As a result, the device not only protects components from external factors such as dust or shocks, but also ensures the durability and reliability of the server infrastructure for many years of intensive use.

The front panel of the case features two USB 3.0 Type-A ports and Power and Reset buttons, making it extremely convenient to quickly connect a flash drive, external drive, or service keyboard. The front I/O panel saves the administrator time and facilitates system configuration, firmware updates, and diagnostics—without having to reach behind the case or manipulate cables in hard-to-reach places. It is a simple yet extremely practical solution that speeds up server operation and maintenance.
