The Lanberg NC-0900-WI Wireless WiFi Adapter is an AX-class external USB 2.0 network card, created for users who want to quickly and without complications equip a desktop or laptop computer with a modern dual-band Wi-Fi connection. The device supports Wi-Fi Standard 6 (802.11 b/g/n/ac/ax), offering 287 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and 574 Mbps in the 5 GHz band. The adapter provides high performance and stable connection in the home, office and anywhere reliable network access is important.

Additionally, the adapter supports Bluetooth 5.3 technology, enabling wireless connection of compatible accessories such as a mouse, keyboard, headphones, controller, or other peripheral devices.

ATTENTION: For the Wi-Fi 6 network card to function properly and to fully utilize the capabilities of this interface, make sure that the router you are using also supports Wi-Fi 6.

Dual-band operation mode (2.4-2.4835 GHz and 4905-5915 MHz) allows optimal band selection for the current situation:

  • 2.4 GHz band will work well where range is a priority,
  • the 5 GHz band provides higher throughput and less susceptibility to interference.

The Lanberg NC-0900-WI wireless USB network card is designed to work in a variety of environments - from small apartments to multi-level homes to small offices. With support for two frequency bands (2.4 and 5 GHz), the Lanberg network card allows:

  • free selection of the band - you can connect to that network, which at any given time guarantees better signal quality and lower levels of interference,
  • better use of home/company infrastructure - the device works with many types of routers and access points,
  • high throughput and stability of WiFi network - especially important when gaming, video conferencing or downloading large files.

Internal PIFA antennas and MIMO technology - strong, stable signal

The Lanberg NC-0900-WI uses a single dual-band internal PIFA antenna with a gain of 2 dBi, designed to operate in both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Thanks to beamforming technology, the card can, in conjunction with a compatible router, directionally “focus” the Wi-Fi signal towards the adapter instead of spreading it evenly in all directions.

This translates into higher real-world throughput, better connection stability, and less susceptibility to interference, especially in environments with multiple wireless networks. The user gains a more predictable, stronger Wi-Fi connection in a typical apartment, home, or office – without the need for additional cabling.
