Lanberg’s active networking portfolio has been expanded with new solutions designed for network installations, monitoring systems, automation, and industrial applications. The range now includes devices developed for both demanding operating environments and SOHO/SMB installations.
Light Industrial PoE switches – for demanding environments
The new Lanberg Light Industrial PoE series has been designed for industrial installations, automation, and surveillance systems.
Key features:
- support for PoE+, PoE++ (802.3af/at/bt) – powering cameras, access points, and automation devices via a single Ethernet cable,
- PoE budget of up to 90 W or 120 W, depending on the model,
- redundant power inputs for improved infrastructure uptime,
- SFP slots enabling fiber uplink,
- VLAN and EXTEND modes – traffic separation and transmission extension up to approx. 250 m,
- metal housing and operating temperature range from -25°C to 65°C,
- DIN rail mounting.

PoE extenders – extended installation range
The portfolio also includes PoE extenders that significantly increase the range of network installations.
Key capabilities:
- extension of PoE and LAN range by another 100 m,
- the possibility of reaching up to 300 m in cascade configuration,
- design with 1× input port + 3× PoE OUT ports,
- support for PoE+ (802.3at/af) or PoE++ (802.3bt), depending on the model,
- PWR and Link/Act LED indicators for easier field diagnostics,
- Auto MDI/MDI-X, Flow Control, and MAC auto-learning,
- quick DIN rail (TS-35) mounting.

New metal DSM switches – solutions for SOHO and SMB
The portfolio has also been expanded with metal DSM switches intended for home installations and small office environments.
Key features:
- 5 or 8 Gigabit Ethernet ports (1 Gb/s),
- plug & play – no configuration required,
- switching capacity of 10 Gb/s,
- Flow Control and MAC auto-learning for more stable network operation,
- metal housing and passive cooling,
- 12 V power supply and quiet 24/7 operation.
Available models:
DSP model update – V2 version
The range also includes an updated version of the DSP1-1005 and DSP1-1008 models. The change is related to an update of the supplier.
The changes include:
- a new device enclosure,
- minor specification adjustments, mainly dimensions,
- the same functionality and EAN retained.
The V2 models will gradually replace the current V1 versions as existing stock is depleted.
